Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manages our Client Services team responsible for fulfilling client requests and maintaining customer satisfaction at all of our location. 
  • Manages the deliver and set up of our classes and room rentals clients 
  • Determines client service requirements by working with sales and career services teams.
  • Investigates client problems and implements solutions. 
  • Solicits feedback from clients on their client service experience.  
Skills / Competencies:
  • 3-5 years of office management or customer service management experience
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to interact well with all levels of staff and the general public
  • Knowledge of basic computer software and office equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Positive and proactive attitude required
